Actor Pankaj Tripathi recently came live on Instagram to make an announcement but in a hilarious turn of events forgot what he wanted to share with viewers.

“Those who know me, know that I have a habit of forgetting,” he said between laughs.

“I mean it really is something, you come live and then you forget why. Well, never mind it. I am extremely sorry for this. Whenever I remember why, I will immediately either come live or just post it on social media. Until then please keep giving me all your love,” he added.

Many were, however, left wondering if this was a promotional gimmick for the actor’s next film. “I just hope this was not an activity for his next film, don’t expect this from Pankaj Tripathi,” one person wrote, while another wrote, “Is this real or a brand promotion?”

On the work front, the actor was last seen in OMG 2 along with Yami Gautam and Akshay Kumar.
