Prabhas starrer Adipurush has a new release date. The film, which was earlier scheduled to release in January 2023, will now arrive in theatres in 3D on June 16. Initially, the film was to release on August 11, 2022, but had to be delayed after viewers criticised the film’s VFX after watching its trailer.

Adipurush is directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series. It stars Prabhas as Lord Rama, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh (Ravana), Kriti Sanon as Sita and Sunny Singh as Lakshmana.

The makers, T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar and Om reached the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine to seek blessings for Adipurush.
