FIR against Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri over property purchase in Lucknow

The case against Gauri has been registered under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the IPC

An FIR has been lodged against designer and Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan under the Section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint was filed by a resident of Mumbai, Jaswant Shah, who claimed that the company which has Gauri as brand ambassador, did not hand over the flat after taking money worth Rs 86 lakh. He further alleged that instead of him, the flat which is located inTulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow's Sushant Golf City, was given to someone else.

Apart from Gauri, the complaint was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani. Jaswant stated that he bought the flat after being influenced by Gauri Khan.
