Filmmaker Nag Ashwin's Project K is considered to be one of the much-anticipated Indian films as it features a stellar cast consisting of Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani. 

And recently, rumours are going rounds that the film has got bigger with one more powerful addition to the cast. The buzz suggests the film will reportedly star actor Kamal Haasan in the antagonist's role. It is also speculated that he will start filming for Project K after completing Indian 2. However, no official confirmation has been made in this regard. 

The upcoming film is backed by Vyjayanthi Movies with Ashwini Dutt serving as the producer. Project K is expected to be a sci-fi, futuristic film but the plot and the character details have been kept under wraps. Project K is slated for a theatrical release on January 12, 2024.
