Fukrey 3 now has a new release date. The film, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh, was earlier scheduled to release on September 7 but will now hit the theatres on December 1.
It is to be noted that Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is slated to release on September 7.
The makers of the Fukrey franchise took to Twitter on Tuesday to make the announcement. Producers Excel Entertainment posted an announcement video of the new release date and wrote, “Jugaadu boys are back on 1st Dec 2023 at cinemas near you #Fukrey3 (sic)."
The first film in the franchise also completed 10 years today. To mark the occasion Excel shared screenshots from the film and behind-the-scenes pictures on its Twitter handle.
Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, the film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment. Mrighdeep previously directed Fukrey and Fukrey Returns.
