Pathaan becomes fastest film to enter Rs 200 crore club, beats KGF 2 and Baahubali 2

Pathaan remains unstoppable even on its fourth day. The Shah Rukh Khan comeback vehicle crossed the half-century mark— for the third time— and minted Rs 52 crore nett in the Hindi version on Saturday.

As per Box Office India, Saturday collections have made Pathaan cross the 200 crore nett mark in just four days, with collections in the range of Rs 212-213 cr India nett for the Hindi version. Its all-India collection is estimated to be a whopping Rs 221 cr.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Pathaan has now become the fastest film in history to enter the Rs 200 cr club beating KGF2 and Baahubali 2’s Hindi versions, which hit the mark on their day fifth and sixth, respectively.

On Day 3 (Friday) Pathaan collected Rs 38 crore nett in Hindi format, while dubbed formats earned Rs 1.25 crore nett. The total India collection on Day 2 was Rs 39.25 crore nett (Rs 47 crore gross). Meanwhile, overseas, it collected Rs 43 crore gross ($5.3M). The total worldwide collection on Day 3 was Rs. 90 crore. 

The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The Yash Raj Production is directed by Siddharth Anand.
