Shahid Kapoor is gearing up for his OTT debut with Raj & DK’s Farzi. As fans wait for the collaboration to create magic on the screen, the lead actor recently opened up about his experience of working with the director duo.

Talking about the freedom Raj & DK provide actors on set, Shahid said, “They really allow the actors to come out and express themselves. Sometimes, they are really worried about what we are doing with the shots, but they still make us feel very free.”

“The way we shot the show is very contemporary. The way the characters have been written and developed allows every actor to really dig-in deep because there is enough meat there if you really go looking hard for it,” he added.

The series also features an ensemble cast including actors like Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Bhuvan Arora, Regina Cassandra, and Amol Palekar in pivotal roles. Produced by D2R Films, Farzi will stream in India and across 240 countries and territories starting February 10.
