Anurag Kashyap’s Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat has been cleared by the CBFC with a U/A certificate. The film, starring Alaya F and debutant Karan Mehta, is set to release in theatres on February 3.

Anurag's latest is a look at modern-day young relationships and their exploration in a world plagued with 'prejudices, predatory behaviour and the unwillingness from older generations in their acceptance'.

Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat lso marks the director’s reunion with Amit Trivedi, his collaborator on Dev D, Manmarziyaan and Bombay Velvet. 

Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat was screened at the Marrakech film fest at the Jemaa El Fna Square.

The film is presented by Zee Studios under the Good Bad Films production.
