A video of a bunch of Delhi University students and professors dancing to the tunes of Jhoome Jo Pathaan from Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster hit Pathaan has been doing the rounds on social media. The video was shared by the Department of Commerce of Jesus and Mary College, DU.
Now, SRK, who is also a Delhi University alumnus, has reacted to the video. Sharing it on his social media, he wrote, “How lucky to have teachers and professors who can teach us and have fun with us also. Educational Rockstars all of them."
The superstar recently conducted another #AskSRK session on Twitter and gave some witty answers. When a user asked him if he feels like the “King of the world” now, SRK replied, “Right now cleaning my son’s toy and can’t find a crucial Lego piece. So, King Ving, I am not feeling like.” One of the fans also questioned SRK about who would be the next big thing in the Hindi film industry once he retires. SRK had the perfect answer and said, “I will never retire from acting. I will have to be fired, and maybe even then, I will come back hotter!!”
Pathaan is in its fourth week and has crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark. On its fourth Monday, it added another Rs 1.25 crore (all languages) to its nett collection in India, reported the industry tracker, Sacnilk. This brings the film’s total Hindi-language collection in India to around Rs 499 crore. It is still some way to go before crossing the Hindi version of Baahubali: The Conclusion, which made Rs 510.99 crore. Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
