‘O Maahi’, the third song from Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki, was released by the makers on Monday. Earlier in the day, SRK had shared a glimpse of the song.

Sung by Arijit Singh, the song is composed by Pritam with lyrics by Irshad Kamil.

Part of the ‘Drop 5’ video unit of the film, ‘O Maahi’ is a love song, picturised on Shah Rukh and Taapsee. It shows their characters Hardy and Manu falling in love as they travel to the UK via the ‘donkey’ route amid a testing desert and breach borders by cutting through wire fencing. The music video for the song is a promotional one and the film will probably have a different version.

While the teaser was the ‘Drop 1’ video unit of the film, ‘Drop 2’ was the song ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’. ‘Drop 3’ was a Sonu Nigam number ‘Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se’ and ‘Drop 4’ was the film’s trailer.

Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochchar, Anil Grover and Boman Irani.

The film is a JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films presentation produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan. It has been written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani and Kanika Dhillon. It will hit the theatres on December 21.
