On the occasion of India’s 77th Independence Day, Shah Rukh Khan took to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday to share a photo and a video of him celebrating the day with son AbRam and wife Gauri Khan.
The photo shows SRK, Gauri and AbRam, dressed in all white, posing beneath the Indian flag. The video shows the three of them saluting to the tricolour at Mannat’s terrace, Swades’s (2004) ‘Ye Jo Des Hai Tera’ plays in the background.
“Now the little one has made it a tradition. Hoisting of our beloved Tricolour and wishing everyone Happy Independence Day. Love to all and may our country, India prosper and all of us with it,” Shah Rukh tweeted along with the post.
On the work front, SRK is gearing up for his next release Jawan. Directed by Atlee, beside him, the film stars Nayantahra, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra and has a special appearance by Deepika Padukone. The film will be released in theatres on September 7.
