The trailer of OMG 2, the upcoming Hindi film starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role, was released by the makers on social media on Thursday.

Also starring Yami Gautam Dhar and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead roles, the film is set to release in theatres on August 11. The film has been certified A by the Censor Board.  The film is directed by Amit Rai.

The trailer shows a courtroom scene where the judge happens to realise that the applicant and defendant of the case is the same person, played by Pankaj Tripathi. While the scene shifts to Panjak praying for his son who is underperforming at school, the trailer takes us back to the courtroom where his son is the topic of discussion. Pankaj is showing suing his son’s school which circulated a video of the child. Akshay Kumar is also introduced in the meanwhile, who is shown to be a messenger of god.

OMG 2 is produced by Akshay’s Cape of Good Films, Viacom18 Studios, Swaroop Paresh Rawal, Hemal A. Thakkar, Vipul D. Shah, Ashwin Varde and Rajesh Bahl. Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi (director of Samrat Prithviraj, 2022) serves as creative producer on the project.
