On the occasion of Rishi Kapoor’s 70th birth anniversary, wife Neetu Kapoor took to Instagram and shared a photo with the late actor. Rishi passed away in 2020 after a long battle with cancer.
In the photo, Rishi can be seen wearing oversized glasses. Both, husband and wife, are twinning in black and it seems like they are dressed for a birthday party.
Neetu captioned her post, “Happy birthday,” and added a heart emoji. Soni Razdan commented with three hearts, while other fans wrote, “Happy birthday to the king…” and one added, “Happy birthday sir, be happy wherever you are…” A third fan wrote, “Love like this…”
Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor were married for over 40 years. After their marriage, Neetu Kapoor, a rising star of the ’70s, did not feature in more films. Recently, she made a comeback to films with the JugJugg Jeeyo, which featured a star-studded cast including Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani.
