Actor Rajkummar Rao has bought an apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu, which was previously owned by Janhvi Kapoor, for Rs 44 crore. Janhvi had purchased the apartment for Rs 39 crore in 2020. The actors worked together in Roohi.

As per a Hindustan Times report which cites documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com, Rajkummar and wife Patralekhaa, purchased the triplex for Rs 43.87 crore. The apartment is on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of a building which comes under the Juhu-Vile Parle development scheme. It is spread over an area of 3,456 square feet and has sux parking spots.

The deal was finalised on March 31, 2022 but it was registered on July 21. Rajkummar and Patralekhaa paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore.

Earlier this year, Kajol also bought two flats in the same building for Rs 11.95 crore. Recently Ranveer Singh purchased a sea-facing quadruplex house, near Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Bandra’s Bandstand area, for a whopping Rs 119 crore.
