Katrina Kaif shares photos of her rehearsing scenes with Vijay Sethupathi for Merry Christmas. The actor took to Instagram to share the behind-the-scenes images. The Director and writer of the film, Sriram Raghavan was also present at what seemed to be a table read. The series of images showed actors Katrina Kaif, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sriram Raghavan discussing the scenes and their performances inside a set for the film. She added a caption to the post which read “Work in progress.”

The film is produced by Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Routray under the banner of Matchbox Pictures. The production banner had earlier collaborated with director Sriram Raghavan for Andhadhun, which is now being remade in Tamil with Prashanth in the lead.

The team started working on the project in December of last year. Katrina Kaif announced the beginning with an Instagram post of an image along with her co-star Vijay Sethupathi, the director and producer's. The film, which is the first time Vijay Sethupathi will be seen opposite Katrina Kaif, is set to release on 23 December 2022.
