Actors Tiger Shroff and Rashmika Mandanna are reportedly teaming up for an upcoming action entertainer directed by Shashank Khaitan. 

According to reports, the film will be bankrolled by Dharma Productions. The makers have begun the pre-production works, and the film is said to go on floors in September. 

It is further reported that the makers have shot an announcement video which is expected to release soon. A source told Pinkvilla that the makers will shoot the film in India and abroad. However, the details of the characters and plot have not been disclosed.

Meanwhile, Rashmika is gearing up for a handful of Hindi films in the pipeline, including Mission Majnu alongside Siddarth Malhotra, Goodbye starring Amitabh Bachchan and Animal. On the other hand, Tiger, who was last seen in Heropanti 2, is working with filmmaker Vikas Bahl for the upcoming action thriller Ganapath. The film is scheduled to release on December 23.
