Actor Rashmika Mandanna is basking in the limelight for her performance as Srivalli in the recently-released Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa: The Rise.

Particularly, her song Saami Saami has become a sensational hit across the country and has been trending on social media. The song had clocked over ten million views in less than 24 hours of its release.

In a statement, the actor expressed gratitude for the love the song has been receiving. "It has been overwhelming. I would like to thank all my fans for making the song so successful and loving me in it. I had a great time shooting for Saami Saami and I remember rehearsing for it for long hours to give my best to the peppy number. In the past few days, I’ve been seeing so many of you doing the hook step on social media, which takes me back to the shooting days of Pushpa. All the love I have received from people all over the world just makes the song super special and memorable," she said.

Rashmika's dance in the song has been getting a lot of appreciation with people recreating the steps on social media.

Meanwhile, Rashmika will make her Bollywood debut with Mission Majnu. She also has Vikas Bahl's Goodbye in the making. In Telugu, she will be seen in the Pushpa: The Rule, the second film in the duology, and will be seen opposite Sharwanand in Aadavaallu Meeku Johaarlu.
