Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan has tested positive for Covid-19. On Twitter, Fardeen said he's asymptomatic but asked everyone to get tested frequently.

"Tested positive for C-19," Fardeen tweeted. "Fortunately I am asymptomatic. Sending my best to all those in recovery.The rest, keep getting tested if in doubt as this variant is also targeting children, down to toddlers, and they can be given very limited medication. Happy isolating."

Fardeen is known for turn-of-the-century classics like Prem Aggan, Jungle and Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega. His last appearance was in the comedy Dulha Mil Gaya in 2010. After a long hiatus, he's set to make his comeback in Visfot. The thriller also stars Riteish Deshmukh.

Visfot is a remake of the 2012 Venezuelan film Rock, Paper, Scissors, about a mistaken kidnapping. The Indian adaptation is directed by Kookie Gulati and also stars Krystle D'souza and Priya Bapat.
