Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has got his booster shot. On Instagram Stories, the 69-year-old actor shared a video of himself getting the covid-19 vaccine booster shot. He added the song Love You Zindagi from Dear Zindagi (2016) in the background.

Booster shots are an additional vaccine dose given to priority groups. In India, healthcare workers and people above 60 with comorbidities are presently eligible to take the shot. The drive for administering booster shots started from January 10. Earlier, veteran actor Dharmendra had taken the jab.

Shakti's last film appearance was in the Malayalam thriller Lucifer. In 2020, his son, Siddhanth Kapoor, had tested positive for Covid-19.
