Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently hosted Kantara star Rishab Shetty and team at his house in Mumbai.

Sharing pictures of their meeting, with portraits of Anton Chekhov and William Shakespeare looming in the background, Nawazuddin wrote that he and Rishab have 'so many things in common' that they can keep conversing endlessly together.

Taking to social media, Nawazuddin wrote, "It was super amazing to spend some quality time with you Rishab Shetty and Pramod Shetty, and team Kantara at my house. Surprisingly Rishab and I have so many things in common that we could talk about it endlessly #cinema #art #theatre #craft #BVKaranthJi #GirishKarnadJi #kamalhaasan @ikamalhaasan Ji."

Kantara, originally in Kannada, is among the highest-grossing Indian films of 2022. Rishab has written and directed the film besides playing the lead character Shiva.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui was seen in Heropanti 2 this year.

His upcoming films are Haddi, Tiku Weds Sheru, Afwaah, Noorani Chehra and Adbhut
