Hindi version of Kantara to stream on Netflix from this date

The Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu versions of the film are already streaming on Amazon Prime Video in India

Rishab Shetty's Pan India blockbuster Kantara will stream on Netflix in Hindi from December 9. The Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu versions of the film are already streaming on Amazon Prime Video in India.

The Hindi dub of Kantara was released in theatres on 14 October. The film reportedly grossed close to Rs. 79 crore at the box-office in Hindi. Its total collection across languages is around Rs. 400 crore.

Director, writer and lead star Rishab Shetty said, "I am absolutely thrilled that Kantara (Hindi) is coming on Netflix! It is great to see our story reach global audiences across over 190 countries. The film showcases a never-seen-before culture and Shiva’s fight for his nature and village, making Netflix the perfect service to showcase a story as diverse as Kantara."

The film will also be available in English and the English- dubbed version will stream on Netflix from January 2023 onwards.
