A new poster of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan was unveiled on Thursday. The film, which features Deepika Padukone and John Abraham apart from the superstar, shows the cast wielding guns and looking intensely into the camera.

Sharing the poster on his Instagram account, Shah Rukh wrote, “Peti baandh li hai..? Toh chalein!!! (Have you fastened your seat belts? Let’s go) #55DaysToPathaan Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.”

The actioner has been directed by Siddharth Anand of War fame. It will be released on January 25 next year. Pathaan will feature SRK as the titular spy facing-off with antagonist John Abraham. Deepika will play SRK’s love-interest in the film.

Earlier, it was also reported that two songs from the film will be released this month.

Pathaan is a part of Aditya Chopra’s ambitious spy universe which includes Salman Khan’s Tiger and will probably have Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir from War.

Apart from Pathaan, Shah Rukh has Atlee’s Jawan with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi and Rajkumar Hiran’s Dunki with Taapsee Pannu in the pipeline.
