Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding festivities are expected to begin today. In the pictures shared online, director-producer Karan Johar and the Bhatt family reached the wedding venue Vastu. Ranbir’s cousins Kareena Kapoor and Karishma Kapoor were also seen outside the venue. Earlier today, the groom’s mother Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, niece Samaira and cousin Natasha Nanda also reached Ranbir’s residence.
Earlier in the day, Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji shared a teaser of the song ‘Kesariya’ from the film and wished the couple “all the joy and blessings as they enter into an amazing new chapter of life”. Director-producer Karan Johar also shared the teaser and captioned it “To new beginnings and more.”
Neetu also took to Instagram today to share a monochrome picture of her engagement with late actor Rishi Kapoor. Singer and actor Ila Arun shared a picture with Soni Razdan on Wednesday and captioned it “Humari Soni sasu ma ban raheein hain (Our Soni is going to be a mother-in-law).” She also congratulated Mahesh Bhatt and gave her blessings to Alia and Ranbir.
Ranbir and Alia will reportedly tie the knot on April 14.
