Alia Bhatt is getting married to Ranbir Kapoor, her brother Rahul Bhatt has confirmed. Speaking to Bombay Times, Rahul said that the wedding is happening and that he has been invited. He also joked that he would be the 'bouncer' at the ceremonies, being a fitness instructor by profession. 

Meanwhile, writer Robin Bhatt, half brother of Mahesh Bhatt, Alia's father, has confirmed the wedding date as April 14, reports state. It will be preceded by the mehendi ceremony on April 13. The main wedding will take place at the RK House in Mumbai. 

Speculations are also on about the wedding arrangements and guest list. Bollywood actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are rumoured to attend, along with the couples' family members. 

Recently, a video emerged of Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor fielding queries about the wedding. While not giving away the date, she quips to photographers that the wedding 'has already happen'.
