Veteran actor Dharmendra has started shooting for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Directed by Karan Johar, the film stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead. Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi are also featured in the cast. 

Dharmendra shared a video from the film's sets on Instagram. The 85-year-old actor is seen sipping tea and enjoying his time on set. "Friends, with his blessings and your good wishes Romancing the camera for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem kahani," he captioned the video. 

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan and Sumit Roy. The film will hit screens in 2022. Dharmendra's last appearance was in Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se (2018). Besides Rocky Aur Rani, he will also be seen in Apne 2.
