Koi Mil Gaya actor Rajat Bedi booked for rash driving 

The incident occurred on Monday evening when Rakesh was driving along the busy Sitladevi Temple Road in Andheri west and suddenly hit a local slum-dweller

The Mumbai Police on Tuesday booked actor-producer Rajat N Bedi for alleged rash and negligent driving which led to a serious accident, officials said. 

Rajat is known for his negative appearance in the 2003 sci-fi film Koi... Mil Gaya. He also appeared in Hero: Love Story of a Spy and other films. 

The incident occurred on Monday evening when Rakesh was driving along the busy Sitladevi Temple Road in Andheri west and suddenly hit a local slum-dweller, identified as a 39-year-old Rajesh Boudh.

Rajat stopped the car, picked up the victim and rushed him to the nearby RN Cooper Hospital for treatment where his condition is reported to be stable but critical.
