Taapsee Pannu-starrer Looop Lapeta will release on Netflix. Taapsee made the announcement with a new motion poster on Monday. The film was expected to hit theatres in October this year. However, it had missed the announced date.
Directed by debutant Aakash Bhatia, Looop Lapeta is a Hindi remake of Tom Twyker’s Run Lola Run (1998). The original story follows a woman who has twenty minutes to deliver a stash of money. The film explores three outcomes of her run.
Taapsee's character in Looop Lapeta is named Savi. Tahir Raj Bhasin co-stars as Satya.

Taapsee's last release was Rashmi Rocket (on ZEE5). She is fronting Shabaash Mithu, a biopic of Indian women's cricket team captain Mithali Raj. Her other projects include Anurag Kashyap's Do Baaraa and the thriller Blurr.
