Bollywood actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are now married. The wedding took place at the Six Senses Resort, Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. It was attended by the couple's families as well as limited members of the Hindi film industry. The pre-wedding rituals kicked off earlier this week, with the mehndi, haldi and sangeet ceremonies on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Vicky and Katrina were reportedly seeing each other from 2019, though neither had made their relationship public. Their wedding, likewise, was kept highly private, with tight security and no official announcement to the public or press. 

Vicky is the elder son of veteran action director Sham Kaushal. Katrina is the daughter of Mohammed Kaif, a British businessman, and Suzanne Turquotte, a lawyer. She has seven siblings. 

Among the murmurs surrounding the wedding were reports of the couple signing a film together. It was also claimed that they have sold exclusive telecast rights of the wedding to Amazon Prime for a massive amount. Speculation, meanwhile, is on about the couple's honeymoon plans. Some reports claimed they'll be traveling to the Maldives after the wedding. Others however said they'll be calling in their honeymoon at the Six Senses Resort itself.
