Mirzapur-actor Brahma Mishra passes away in Mumbai

The cause of his death is unknown at the moment

Actor Brahma Mishra, who played the character Lalit in Amazon Prime Video's Mirzapur, has passed away in Mumbai. According to reports, the police found his body in his flat in Versova. It has been sent for an autopsy at a city hospital.

Brahma's Mirzapur co-star Divyendu mourned him on social media. Sharing a picture of them together, Divyendu wrote: "RIP Brahma Mishra Our Lalit is no more Let's pray for him, everyone." Actors Shweta Tripathi Sharma and Shriya Pilgaonkar also shared their condolences.

At present, the cause of Brahma's death is unknown. Besides Mirzapur, he had appeared in Dangal, Manjhi - The Mountain Man, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Hello Charlie, Kesari and others.
