Kangana Ranaut resumes shooting for Tejas

CE Features

Kangana Ranaut has resumed shooting for Tejas. The actor essays an Air Force pilot in the 'mission-based' film. It is directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by RSVP.

Tejas had gone on floors in December last year, however, the shoot was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sharing a picture on Instagram, Kangana wrote, "To my next mission #Tejas Starting today a Josh is soaring high thanks to my fabulous team @sarveshmewara @rsvpmovies." Her caption plays on the 'How's the Josh?' catchline from Uri: The Surgical Strike, also backed by RSVP.

Tejas is inspired by the first women inducted in combat roles in the Indian Air Force in 2016. The film explores "some of the most challenging combat missions our forces undertake in their effort to keep our country safe from terrorism."

Kangana's upcoming releases are Thalaivi and Dhaakad.
