Star-studded trailer of Don't Look Up is out

Netflix has released the trailer of its upcoming star-studded film Don't Look Up. The film starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence as the leads is about two astronauts trying to warn the world about a dangerous comet approaching Earth but not many take them seriously. 

Dr Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his student, Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence) embark on a media tour to warn mankind of the comet that will destroy the planet. It is a satirical take on people's apathy towards climate change.

Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Tyler Perry, Tomer Sisley, Rob Morgan, and Cate Blanchett are also part of the cast. 

Don't Look Up is written and directed by Adam McKay. He is also co-producing it with Kevin Messick under Hyperobject Industries banner.

The film will be having a limited theatrical release in the United States on December 10, followed by a Netflix premiere on December 24.
