KPop Demon Hunters star joins season two of Presumed Innocent

Ji-young Yoo, who stars in KPop Demon Hunters and Until Dawn, is joining the second season of Apple TV's Presumed Innocent

The cast of the second season of Apple TV's Presumed Innocent is expanding as Ji-young Yoo is joining the legal thriller. The actor is known for her voice role in KPop Demon Hunters.

David E Kelley is the creator of Presumed Innocent. He also serves as the showrunner along with Erica Lipez. The second season is an adaptation of Jo Murray's Dissection of a Murder. Kelley also serves as an executive producer alongside Brosnahan, Lipez, JJ Abrams, Matthew Tinker, Rachel Rusch Rich, and star of the first season Jake Gyllenhaal. Turow and Murray serve as co-executive producers. Bad Robot, Nine Stories Productions, David E Kelley Productions, and Warner Bros Televison are the banners backing Presumed Innocent.

Rachel Brosnahan leads the cast which includes Matthew Rhys, Jack Reynor, Courtney B Vance, Fiona Shaw, Lesley-Ann Brandt, John Magaro, and Michael Hsu Rosen.

KPop Demon Hunters was recently nominated for two Oscars, in the Best Original Song and Best Animated Feature categories.

Yoo has also appeared in films like Until Dawn (2025) and Freaky Tales (2025).
