A Real Pain, written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg and starring him alongside Kieran Culkin, is all set to premiere on JioHotstar on April 3. A comedy-drama, the film hit theatres on November 1 and opened to critical acclaim.

In A Real Pain, Eisenberg and Culkin star as estranged cousins who embark on a Jewish heritage tour in Poland to honour their deceased grandmother. As they navigate their family's complex history, old rivalries and tensions resurface.

A Real Pain also stars Will Sharpe, Jennifer Grey, Kurt Egyiawan, Liza Sadovy, and Daniel Oreskes, among others. A Real Pain premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival on January 20, 2024, where it won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award.

A Real Pain won several accolades, including two Academy Award nominations for Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor. Culkin bagged the Oscar award for Best Supporting Actor.
