Final Destination Bloodlines trailer features Tony Todd in his final film appearances

He is known for playing the titular character in Candyman and as William Bludworth in Final Destination (2000)

New Line Cinema has released the official trailer for its newest instalment in the Final Destination series, Final Destination: Bloodlines. The late Tony Todd returns as William Bludworth after his passing last year.

The official synopsis for the film is, "Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all."

Final Destination: Bloodlines stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, with Brec Bassinger and Tony Todd.

Directed by Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky, Final Destination: Bloodlines has its screenplay written by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor from a story by Jon Watts, Busick and Taylor. The film is produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle and Toby Emmerich. David Siegel and Warren Zide are the executive producers. Practical Pictures, Freshman Year, and Fireside Films are behind the film.

Final Destination: Bloodlines is set to release in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu on May 16.
