FX dropped the first official trailer for Dying For Sex, its comedy drama series, starring Michelle Williams as a cancer patient and Jenny Slate as her best friend. The series from creators Elizabeth Meriwether and Kim Rosenstock takes inspiration from the real-life story of a woman with cancer that her friend shared in a podcast. Michelle plays the based-on-real-life character of Molly, who leaves her spouse (Jay Duplass) and starts delving deeper into her desire related to sex. Molly's friend (Slate) supports her in this ''sex quest,'' as one character describes it in the trailer, until the very end.

Dying For Sex marks Williams' onscreen comeback after 2022's Showing Up, in which she plays a sculptor, and the same year's Steven Spielberg directorial The Fabelmans. The cast of Dying For Sex also includes Rob Delaney and Sissy Spacek. Every episode of Dying For Sex is set to start streaming on Hulu from April 04 onwards.
