Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo) is back for another season of chaos and spy work, as Netflix has unveiled the trailer for the second season of The Recruit. Teo Yoo has also joined the cast of the spy thriller for season two.

The Recruit is centred around Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo), a young lawyer who gets placed at the CIA. He is immediately pulled into the politics and conspiracies when a former CIA asset sends him a letter threatening to expose the agency. Things only go further south from there as the series serves up plot twists and intriguing machinations.

Netflix describes the upcoming season of The Recruit as a “spy meets Seoul” story. Owen, the CIA lawyer, is now in South Korea for an espionage situation, working along with Teo Yoo's character. However, chaos and conflict ensue when the problem arises from within the agency.

Produced by Alexi Hawley, Noah Centineo, Entertainment One, and Hypnotic, The Recruit also stars Nathan Fillion, Laura Haddock, Fivel Stewart, Vondie Curtis Hall, Kristian Bruun, Aarti Mann, Colton Dunn, and Daniel Quincy Annoh. Alexi will be returning as the showrunner, while Noah, Hypnotic’s Doug Liman, Gene Klein, and David Bartis; Adam Ciralsky (P3 Media) and Charlie Ebersol are also returning as executive producers.

Season 2 of The Recruit is all set to premiere on Netflix on January 30.
