Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick are among the few celebrity couples in Hollywood with an active presence on social media, often enlightening people with their film opinion and entertaining fans with moments from their personal life. Days after showing a glimpse into their Connecticut farm, Bacon again surprised people by revealing two calves for his better half Sedgwick on her 60th birthday. Bacon shared a reel on Instagram where he explains his choice of gift. “When the love of your life has a big birthday, sometimes it is important to think long and hard about something that she might really like, but she does not really need,” said Bacon before unveiling ‘Tater’ and ‘Tot’. Then, the video shows Sedgwick as she walks up to their cowshed, knowing that she has something special waiting for her. “I’m excited to see my birthday presents,” she says in the video. Soon, she can be seen playing with the calves, admiring their beauty and pampering them.

"A milestone birthday could only call for two things... Meet Tater and Tot! Happy birthday Kyra Sedgwick. You deserve the world and more. I love you!" wrote Bacon as the caption for the video. Bacon’s gesture has impressed fans and well wishers, making many of them gush over the couple’s enduring relationship. Sedgwick was born on August 19, 1965, making her a sexagenarian.

The two actors officially met on the sets of the film Lemon Sky (1987) from director Jan Egleson and also starring a young Casey Affleck. Sedgwick revealed during an old Conan O'Brien talk show that she was not too keen on a relationship at the start, but that a smitten Bacon persisted until it all worked out between the two. They got married in the subsequent year and have been together ever since. The couple also share two children, Travis and Sosie, both of whom have followed their parents’ footsteps into the entertainment industry.
