The trailer for the upcoming Ryan Coogler directorial, Sinners, was released on Tuesday. Set in the 1930s Jim Crow era-South, the supernatural thriller stars Michael B Jordan as twin brothers who leave their troubled lives behind and return to their hometown to start afresh, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back. The trailer was released with the tagline, “You keep dancing with the devil, one day he’s gonna follow you home.”

Sinners will be Coogler's fifth directorial after Fruitvale Station (2013), Creed (2015), Black Panther (2018), and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022). Interestingly, all of them have starred Jordan. The film is produced by Coogler and frequent collaborators Sev Ohanian and Zinzi Coogler. The executive producers are Ludwig Göransson, Will Greenfield, and Rebecca Cho. The film is based on an original script that was written by Coogler.

Apart from Jordan(s), the film stars Delroy Lindo, Jack O'Connell, Jayme Lawson, Wunmi Mosaku, Omar Benson Miller, Hailee Steinfeld, Lola Kirke, and Christian Robinson. It is scheduled to be released on March 7, 2025.
