After surprising viewers with his cameo appearance as the X-Men character Beast in the 2023 Marvel Cinematic Universe film The Marvels, actor Kelsey Grammer revealed that he's had conversations with Marvel Studios about future plans.

In an interview with Comicbook, Grammer said, "There's nothing I can talk about. What I do know is that there was a huge sort of outburst when I showed up at the end of The Marvels, I guess it was. The response was really almost... it wasn't unexpected. There'd be some response, but it was pretty overwhelming, and so there are some conversations."

Grammer debuted in Marvel as Beast in the 2006 film X-Men: The Last Stand. A mutant former student of Xavier's Institute for Gifted Mutants, Beast is a brilliant scientist and statesman. It reportedly took three hours to do Grammer's make-up for the role, including applying latex prosthetics and painting his eye area and lips.
