The upcoming romantic crime thriller, Carolina Caroline, will be headlined by Samara Weaving, Kyle Gallner, Kyra Sedgwick and Jon Gries. Written by Tom Dean and directed by Adam Carter Rehmeier, the film is currently in production in Kentucky. 

Carolina Caroline tells the story of a young woman (Weaving) who embarks on a journey through the Southeast  with a charming but shady partner (Gallner), seeking her long-lost mother (Sedgwick) while evading the law and leaving a trail of excitement and mischief in their wake.

Stephen Braun of Bee-Hive Productions, Tim and Trevor White of Star Thrower Entertianment, Eric B Flieschman and Chris Abernathy of The Wonder Company and Chris Ward of Create and Complete Entertainment are the producers of Carolina Caroline. 

Weaving also has Borderline and Eenie Meanie in the pipeline, while Gallner will next be seen in Smile 2. While Sedgwick was last seen in Bad Shaboos, Gries has Solvent coming up.
