Love Hurts trailer: Ke Huy Quan's realtor has a past as an assassin that haunts him

The trailer for Love Hurts, starring Ke Huy Quan and Ariana DeBose, was unveiled on Wednesday. The film is an  action comedy, directed by Jonathan Eusebio, in his directorial debut, and written by Matthew Murray, Josh Stoddard and Luke Passmore.

The trailer shows Ke Huy Quan as a happy-go-lucky realtor, who is always optimistic, a charactertistic he claims has made him the most-sought-after realtor. However, it is then known that he had a past as a hitman. Back in the day, he let go of his lover without killing her. She comes back to warn him about his brother, who wants to hunt him down. 

Love Hurts also stars Daniel Wu, Marshawn Lynch, Mustafa Shakir, Lio Tipton, Rhys Darby, André Eriksen, Sean Astin, and Cam Gigandet. The official synopsis of the film reads, "Marvin Gable is a successful realtor whose past as a violent hitman comes back to haunt him when his former partner, whom he left for dead, reveals that his brother is hunting him."

Produced by 87North Productions and distributed by Universal Pictures, Love Hurts is all set to hit theatres on February 7, 2025.
