Earlier, we reported about Netflix developing a standalone Peaky Blinders film, with Cillian Murphy reprising his role as Tommy Shelby from the iconic gangster series. The existing cast already includes Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, and Barry Keoghan. The latest to join the Peaky Blinders film cast are Stephen Graham, Sophie Rundle, Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee, Ian Peck, and Jay Lycurgo.

Graham reprises his role as Hayden Stagg, who leads the dock workers in Liverpool. Rundle is one of the mainstays across all seasons of the show as Shelby's sibling Ada, as is Dennehy as Charlie Strong, an uncle-like figure to the Shelbys. On the other hand, Curly plays the assistant of Charlie, and Lee reprises Tommy's friend Johnny Dogs. The makers are yet to disclose the specifics of Lycurgo's character, though.

The makers started production a few days ago and released a poster giving a first look at Murphy's Tommy Shelby character. The makers are yet to reveal any plot details. However, it is called "an epic continuation of the multi-award-winning gangster saga, set in the lawless streets of Birmingham in the 1900s."
