Firebrand Trailer: Alicia Vikander navigates a dangerous court in the Tudor period drama

Earlier, we had reported about Jude Law and Alicia Vikander starring in a film titled Firebrand. Now, the makers of the film have released a trailer for it. The film stars Law as King Henry VIII and Vikander as his sixth wife, Katherine Parr. It is a period drama set in the Tudor period and follows the monarch as he appoints Katherine as England's interim ruler when he departs for a fight abroad. By the time the King comes back to England, his courtesans conspire against Katherine and pose a threat to her existence. Carolyn Marks Blackwood and Gabrielle Tana comprise the producers. Apart from Law and Vikander, the film stars Sam Riley, Eddie Marsan, Erin Doherty, Ruby Bentall, Bryony Hannah, Amr Waked, Simon Russell Beale, Patrick Buckley, and Patsy Ferran.

Firebrand is set for a June 14 release in theatres.
