The latest to join the star cast of Prime Video's Young Sherlock is actor Zine Tseng of the 3 Body Problem fame.

She became the recipient of the Gotham TV Award for breakthrough performance in a drama category for the Netflix series.

Zine will be playing Princess Gulun Shou'an, who is the Chinese Princess, an Oxford scholar, and a skilled martial artist. She will join the series lead Fiennes Tiffin, Joseph Fiennes, and Natasha McElhone.

The official description of the show, inspired by Andy Lane's novels, is, "At age 19, Sherlock Holmes is disgraced, raw, unfiltered, and unformed when he finds himself caught up in a murder mystery at Oxford University, which threatens his freedom. Diving into his first-ever case with a wild lack of discipline, Sherlock manages to unravel a globe-trotting conspiracy that will change his life forever."

The show is directed by Guy Ritchie, who is also executive producing with its writer and showrunner Matthew Parkhill, Simon Kelton, Ivan Atkinson, Simon Maxwell, Dhana Gilbert, Colin Wilson, and Marc Resteghini.
