Filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson's next film is going to be star-studded with actors Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, and Regina Hall set to feature. The film will be backed by Warner Bros and is said to be the filmmaker's most expensive project till date.

The film will go on floors from January in California. The plot details of the film are kept under wraps. However as per speculations the film is going to be against a contemporary backdrop. As per reports the film is expected to boast a budget of $100 million.

It is to be noted that the upcoming project will mark the first time the filmmaker will be working with DiCaprio. Earlier, the actor was supposed to have featured in Paul's Boogie Nights in 1996. However, the role went to Mark Wahlberg since DiCaprio was shooting for Titanic.
