Skeleton Crew Trailer: Coming of Age in Star Wars Style

The series will premiere on Disney+ on December 3

The official trailer for the upcoming Star Wars series, Skeleton Crew, was released on Saturday. The trailer follows four children, played by Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, and Robert Timothy Smith, who get lost in the galaxy and need to return home.

Skeleton Crew will also see Jude Law play the role of Jod Na Nawood. The first two episodes of the series will premiere on Disney+ on December 3; it will consist of a total of eight episodes.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew happens in the same time frame as The Mandalorian, post the events of the 1983 blockbuster Return of the Jedi. It is created by Jon Watts and Christopher Ford and executive produced by Christopher Ford, Jon Watts, Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson.

Skeleton Crew joins the long list of Star Wars-based live action series, which include The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Andor, Ahsoka, and The Acolyte.
