Pixar on Saturday released the first look trailer for its upcoming series, titled Win or Lose. This will be the studio's first ever original series.

Win or Lose will be available on Disney+ starting December 6. Directed, written, and executive produced by Carrie Hobson and Michael Yates and produced by David Lally, the new series reveals what it feels like to be in the shoes of eight different characters—the insecure kids, their helicopter parents, even a lovesick umpire—as they prepare for a championship softball game. Will Forte lends his voice to the coach.

The announcement was made during the D23 Expo in California on Saturday. Pixar's recent films included the blockbuster sequel Inside Out 2 (2024), Elemental (2023), and Lightyear (2022). The studio also has a slate of upcoming projects like Elio, Hoppers, Toy Story 5, and Incredibles 3.
