The trailer for The Problem with People was unveiled on Monday. Starring Colm Meaney and Paul Reiser in lead roles, the film is directed by Chris Cottam.

The trailer shows Meaney trying to find his estranged cousin on his father's order. Once he finds him and brings him to his father, the latter passes away, giving 50 per cent of his property to Reiser as a solution to generations-long family feuds.  However, it only seems to start a new familial problem.

The official synopsis of the comedy-drama film reads, "Two distant cousins who’ve never met—one in NYC, the other in the smallest town there is in Ireland—come together to finally put an end to a generations-long family feud. It doesn’t go well. The Problem with People, set in the beautifully lush Irish countryside, is a heartwarming comedy about family, world peace, and sheep."

Jane Levy, Lucianne McEvoy, Deirdre Monaghan, Bernadette Carty, Esther Ayo James, and Patrick Martins, among others, form the supporting cast of The Problem with People. Wally Marzano-Lesnevich and Paul Reiser have written the script for the film.

The Problem with People is all set to hit theatres on October 4.
