Actor Daniel Radcliffe will be executive producing a documentary on his stunt double, David Holmes, who worked with him in the Harry Potter sets, during which an incident left him paralyzed. Titled by David Holmes: The Boy Who Lived, the documentary is attached to Sky and HBO Documentary Films.

David worked in all of the Harry Potter films until Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows: Part 1, when a stunt sequence misfired and left his lower body paralyzed and caused spine injury.

The documentary will feature personal footages shot over time, behind-the-scenes from David's body of work, interviews with his friends, family and Daniel, crew members he had worked in the past. “The film is a coming-of-age story of stuntman David Holmes, a prodigious teenage gymnast from Essex, England, who is selected to play Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double in the first Harry Potter film, when Daniel is just 11,” reads the synopsis.

The documentary is produced by Simon Chin and Jonathan Chinn's Lightbox, along with David and Amy Stares' Ripple Productions. It is helmed by British filmmaker Dan Hartley.
