Simon Callow to headline Murder Ballads: How to Make it in Rock’n’Roll

Four Weddings And a Funeral fame Simon Callow is all set to lead the upcoming comedy-horror titled, Murder Ballads: How to Make it in Rock’n’Roll. The film is all set to premiere at the Nightmares Film Festival in Columbus, Ohio, later this month.

Neil Rickatson and Mitchell Tolliday have written Murder Ballads, which is directed by the latter. The film is adapted from Tolliday's short film Everything is Going to Be Fine.

Murder Ballads revolves around a rock band Stack of Corpses, and their rapid rise which comes along with their violent fall. In an attempt to jump-start their career, they steal another singer's song. However, it ends up having shocking and bloody consequences. 

Callow is all set to be seen as legendary drug-addled rock star Richard O’Keefe. Niccy Lin, Kerry Boyne, Verona Rose, Imogen Wilde, Fran McAteer, Rhiann Connor, Luke de Belber and Lauren Cornelius, round out the cast of Murder Ballads
